Question 1

What is Epitrite?

Accepted Answer

Epitrite combines a new Content OS with a Lyric Video Maker for musicians. Planning and drafting algorithms turn your music facts into ideas and recording directions you review, while the editor handles clips, lyrics, templates, scheduling, cloud exports, and supported publishing.

Question 2

Is Epitrite free?

Accepted Answer

Free includes Content OS for 1 active campaign, up to 7 ideas per plan, and 7 ideas per campaign week. Epitrite drafts ideas from your facts; you review and approve everything. The included Lyric Video Maker has 3 cloud renders per month at 1080p, up to 5 active projects, release-pack batches up to 2 versions at once, 5 automatic transcriptions per month, word-by-word timing, drag-to-retime on the waveform, caption reveal animations, Shuffle Clips, style presets, Brand Kit, SRT export, and Tap Sync. Free also includes a public artist page, creator-owned fan list, full fan-email customization, and 1 manual fan release email per UTC calendar month to up to 250 eligible fans. The first project can use clean 4K and Pro tools for its original audio plus one replacement. Each completed output, including that first project, uses one cloud render; failed or cancelled renders are returned. Free forever, not a trial. No credit card needed. Pro is $19.99/month. Pro expands Content OS to 10 active campaigns, up to 50 ideas per plan, 14 ideas per campaign week, and a 90-day planning horizon. The Lyric Video Maker adds 4K cloud exports, 100 cloud renders per month, optional packs of 10 more for $5, release packs of up to 50 versions at once, unlimited projects, all beat sync modes, audio-reactive effects, custom font uploads, priority rendering, 10 automatic transcriptions per month, and caption translation. Pro also adds direct TikTok and YouTube publishing, automatic release detection and fan emails, plus 3 manual fan-email campaigns per rolling 24 hours with up to 5,000 recipients across them. Each completed output uses one cloud render; failed or cancelled renders are returned. Purchased renders stay on your account, never renew automatically, and can be used while Pro is active. Instagram publishing is coming later and is not currently available.

Question 3

What audio formats does Epitrite support?

Accepted Answer

Epitrite supports MP3, WAV, AAC, and FLAC audio files. You can also upload screen recordings (MP4, WebM, MOV) and Epitrite will automatically extract the audio.

Question 4

Can I export lyric videos for TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Epitrite exports in 9:16 (TikTok, Reels, Shorts), 16:9 (YouTube), and 1:1 (Instagram feed) aspect ratios. You can export as MP4 and post directly to your channels.

Question 5

How does beat sync work in Epitrite?

Accepted Answer

Epitrite's beat sync analyzes your audio and cuts between background video clips on the beat. You can use BPM-based detection, onset markers, or set custom beat markers manually for full control over transitions. Beat sync (all modes) is a Pro feature.

Question 6

What makes Epitrite different from other lyric video makers?

Accepted Answer

Epitrite connects the work around a musician's social posts instead of treating each clip as a separate edit. You can plan the post, follow recording directions, record or add clips, edit with music-focused tools such as reusable lyric timing and lyric video templates, and manage publishing and performance where supported. We never claim rights to your music. Everything you create is yours.
