Accessibility statement
Last updated: September 5, 2026
Epitrite LLC, Sarasota, Florida, is working to make its website and creative tools usable by people with disabilities. Our technical target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. This is an ongoing goal, not a certification of full conformance.
Request help or report a barrier
Email support@epitrite.com with "Accessibility help" in the subject. Include the page or feature, what you were trying to do, and your preferred way to receive a response. Browser or assistive technology details are helpful but optional. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis.
You can request assistance with an account, billing, or a creative workflow, or ask for information in an accessible format. We will review the barrier and work with you on an available alternative. If an earlier request remains unresolved, reply asking for an accessibility escalation.
Using the website
- Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between controls. The first keyboard link skips to the page's main content.
- Use your browser's zoom and operating system text settings. Keyboard focus indicators identify the active control.
- Enable reduced motion in your device settings to reduce supported decorative animations. Video demonstrations have playback controls.
- Cookie preferences include an equally prominent Decline option and remain available from the Privacy Policy.
Current limitations and review
Complex visual editing, timeline dragging, preview canvases, and some third-party interfaces may still present barriers. We have not completed a comprehensive assistive-technology audit of every editing and purchasing workflow. User-uploaded and third-party media may lack accurate captions, transcripts, or audio descriptions. Generated lyrics and translations need human review and do not by themselves establish accessible captions.
We use targeted code and interaction checks as we make changes. Automated checks cannot establish full accessibility; keyboard, screen reader, zoom, and user testing remain part of the work needed to assess conformance. Please report difficulties so we can prioritize barriers in the tasks you need to complete.
