Data Deletion Instructions

If you want to delete your data from Epitrite, you have several options depending on what you'd like to remove.
1. Delete Individual Content
You can delete specific projects, media files, and rendered videos at any time from within the app. Navigate to the item you want to remove and use the delete option. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
2. Disconnect Social Accounts
To revoke Epitrite's access to your connected social accounts (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram), go to your account settings and disconnect each platform. This removes all stored OAuth tokens and profile data for that connection.
3. Delete Your Entire Account
To delete your account and all associated data, email support@epitrite.comwith the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account.
When you request account deletion, we will remove:
- Your account profile and login credentials
- All projects and project data
- All uploaded media files (audio, images, video clips)
- All rendered/exported videos
- All connected social account tokens and data
- All subscription and billing references (Stripe retains its own transaction records as required by law)
4. Facebook Login Data Deletion
If you signed up or logged in using Facebook, you can request deletion of your data by:
- Emailing support@epitrite.comwith the subject "Facebook Data Deletion Request"
- Removing Epitrite from your Facebook account settings under Settings > Apps and Websites
We will confirm deletion of all data associated with your Facebook account within 30 days and provide a confirmation URL you can use to check the status of your request.
5. Timeline
All data deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive an email confirmation once your data has been deleted.
